How it works
We check whether your species hibernates at all, calculate the Jackson ratio from weight and straight carapace length as a body-condition screen, then build a timeline: gut-emptying fast, gradual cooling, the hibernation window at 4-8 °C, and a controlled warm-up with a first bath.
